From website visitors: when you submit our get-started form, we collect your name, business name, phone number, and email address.

From calls handled for our business customers: when our AI answers a call on behalf of a business, we process the call audio, a transcript, and the details the caller provides (such as their name, phone number, and the reason for the call) in order to capture the lead and deliver it to the business owner. Calls may be recorded.

• To respond to your inquiry and set up your service.
• To operate the service: answer calls, capture caller details, and send the lead to the business owner by email.
• To maintain, tune, and support the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with the vendors that help us run the service, each under their own terms: Retell (voice AI), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and, when enabled, Twilio (telephony). If you reach us through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ad or lead form, Meta processes that submission under its own policies.

Where our AI answers calls for a business, calls may be recorded and transcribed so the business can review the captured lead. Businesses using CallKatcher are responsible for providing any caller notice or consent required in their jurisdiction.

We keep lead and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law, then delete it. You can request deletion at any time.

If you opt in, we may send you SMS about your account and the leads your receptionist captures. Message frequency varies with your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect your service, and lead alerts are emailed to you either way.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the notifications you asked for, and are shared only with the messaging carrier that delivers them.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text the callers your receptionist captures.

When you request a demo, you may optionally check a box to receive your results by text. If you opt in, we send a single automated text message containing your sample inquiry summary and a link to your results - one message per demo request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

This SMS consent is optional and is not required to try the demo or to purchase. A mobile number you give for demo results is used only to send that one message, is shared only with the messaging carrier that delivers it, and is never sold or shared for marketing.

You can ask us to access or delete your information, or opt out of communications, by emailing support@aisoftgg.com.

Our site may use basic analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta pixel) to measure and improve our advertising.
