Terms of Service

CallKatcher, a service of AISoftGG LLC, provides a managed AI phone-receptionist that answers calls on your behalf, captures caller details, and sends you the lead. We build and maintain it for you. CallKatcher captures leads; it does not guarantee a booked or scheduled appointment.

CallKatcher plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Each plan includes a set number of answered minutes per month; any minutes beyond your plan's included amount are billed at the flat per-minute overage rate shown at checkout. Calls are never cut off for going over - additional minutes simply appear on your next invoice.

Your plan's included minutes cover normal business call volume. If usage is dramatically higher than typical for your business (for example, automated, bulk, or abusive call traffic), we may contact you to move you to a plan that fits that volume.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us to configure the service, and for any caller notice or consent (including call-recording notice) required where you operate.

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from us about your account and the leads your receptionist captures. Message frequency varies with your call volume, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, and lead alerts are emailed to you regardless. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers.

If you check the optional box on the demo form, you consent to receive a single automated text message with your sample inquiry summary and a link to your results - one message per demo request. We work to keep the service running reliably but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
